About Yooper Properties

A local, hands-on real estate company focused on practical rentals.

We work in and around Iron Mountain, Kingsford, Norway, Quinnesec, Vulcan, and Dickinson County. Our focus is simple: own and manage quality rentals, improve older properties over time, support property owners with better systems, and treat owners, tenants, contractors, and neighborhoods with respect.

How we operate

Small buildings. Real systems. Long-term thinking.

Yooper Properties is not trying to feel like a national apartment company. Most of the buildings here are older, smaller, and more personal than that. They need clear communication, a good maintenance list, steady rent collection, and someone paying attention.

We focus on small multifamily properties and practical housing. That means duplexes, fourplexes, small apartment buildings, older homes, and the kind of rentals that make up real neighborhoods in the central Upper Peninsula.

The goal is to build a company that is organized enough to be dependable and local enough to know what actually happens on the ground.
