What I bring to the company
Service
Served from 2010 to 2016, building the discipline and accountability that still guide my work.
Education
MBA in Business Analytics from Golden Gate University and currently pursuing a DBA at Westcliff University.
Experience
Hands-on experience acquiring, improving, leasing, and managing rental property for long-term value.
My story
“Trust is earned by doing what you said you would do, especially when the work is difficult or unseen.”
I served in the United States Air Force from 2010 to 2016. That experience taught me to prepare carefully, communicate clearly, and follow through. Those standards now shape how I approach every property and every business relationship.
After the military, I built businesses, advised clients, and continued my education. I earned an MBA with a concentration in Business Analytics from Golden Gate University and am now pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration at Westcliff University.
Real estate brought those experiences together. As a rental property owner, I know the real work begins after closing. A property needs steady financial management, timely maintenance, clear resident communication, and someone willing to remain accountable when problems arise.
Why Yooper Properties
Yooper Properties focuses on rental housing, property ownership, and property management across Iron Mountain, Kingsford, Norway, and nearby Dickinson County communities.
My goal is to build a durable portfolio, improve each property over time, and create an operating company people can reach and rely on. The work is local, practical, and personal—and I want the company to feel that way.
Building for the long term
We are preparing Yooper Properties to responsibly use investment capital for future acquisitions and expanded property operations. That growth must be supported by clear records, disciplined underwriting, sound management, and honest communication.
This describes our long-term business plans and is not a current investment offering. New investor onboarding is not currently open.
