Private compliance-reviewed intake

Landlord Incident Reporting

Submit documented rental incidents for private review. This is not a public blacklist, not legal advice, not a consumer report unless a proper compliance framework is reviewed, and not an automatic rental denial tool.

Tenant names, allegations, court details, and landlord notes are never shown publicly. Consult counsel before using any submitted information in screening, collections, notices, or rental decisions.

Private and permissioned

Records are routed to an internal review queue and are not displayed publicly.

Evidence-based review

Evidence is required before a submission can move beyond intake review.

Compliance warnings

Fair Housing, FCRA, tenant-screening, defamation, and privacy risks must be reviewed before use.

No automatic denial

The system does not make rental decisions and cannot be used as automatic denial criteria.

Private submission

Documented incident report

Submissions enter a private review queue. Tenant names are internal-only, unverified until reviewed, and never published on a public page.

This name is stored for private compliance review only. It is not displayed on the public website.

Upload leases, ledger excerpts, court records, repair invoices, photos, police reports, or other supporting documents. Evidence is required before approval.

What this is

A private, evidence-supported intake path for landlords to submit documented incidents for Yooper Properties review.

What this is not

It is not a public “Do Not Rent” list, not legal advice, not a public accusation page, and not automatic screening logic.
